First time at the Kitchener location. I went in for a fraxel treatment. It was great. Sarah explained everything thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered. She also made sure I was good during the procedure. Great first experience!

The staff was very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I loved the results. They also said I could come back for touch ups in two weeks which I really appreciated. My appearance had improved significantly.
