Excellent service! My door knob broke and he walked me through how to remove it and check what kind of parts were required, I went in and he gave me the new parts and how to install. Stellar!
Nice guy! Made me a key, explained why it was the type it was. Offered to look at my friends car key and offered a deal. Definitely go see him if you can't get your key copied on your own.
Wow a lot of bad reviews for this company . I was there yesterday to get a house key cut and ya you have to knock on the outside door to get service . Its understandable with tent city right there. Some pretty shady people around that building never the less he answered the door and after a short conversation he made me a key and I was off with no problems and fast service . The key worked in the lock great !! I think it was 12 bucks with tax to make the key its been a long time since i had a key cut but that did not seem unreasonable to me .
