I called in and asked to speak to someone in upper management with regards to my inquires for their new construction projects. May I say, I had a great experience speaking with JC over the phone. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful, taking the time to clearly explain everything about their current projects. Definitely have not had the same experience with others. Excellent customer service!
