Service was very fast and Igor our technician diagnosed the problem quickly and had the correct part ordered and installed a few days later. Very friendly, knowledgable and was always on time or early. Pegasus knew how to fix our appliance instead of replacing it and I would highly recommend them for any appliance service.

Excellent prompt service! Technician called ahead and asked if he could even come earlier than expected which was great. Igor was polite, quick and efficient and no mess was left behind. Best experience I have had with appliance repair. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Customer service was great, very responsive. Gregory came and did really good work to replace leaking hoses on my dishwasher. Very efficient. The price was on the high side at almost 400 (235 for labour and another 100 or so for parts plus tax). They only warrant their work for 30 days though and charge 2.5% processing fee for using a credit card.
