I had such a great experience at the walk in office at The Greenbrook Plaza in Kitchener. Nadine L took the time to educate me on cleaning my wound and take the time to explain how it can heal quickly etc. Nadine, you truly love what you do as you can see it in the way you communicate with us patients. Appreciate your service so so much!

Had a bad experience at first, but they sent Sonya to fix up my port and I could not have been treated better, fixed up leaking IV port, secured everything properly and made it possible for me to sleep. Feeling much better now about handling the IV treatment independently. Give Sonya a raise, she is wonderful!
