Customers have praised the shop's honesty, helpfulness, and trustworthiness, especially for single, young women who are often concerned about being taken advantage of. The mechanics are willing to work within the customer's budget and provide options. They have also been able to fit in last-minute appointments, even during busy tire season. The shop is known for its excellent customer service and honest business practices, although it can be challenging to get an appointment during peak seasons.
I’ve been taking my vehicle to OK Tire for the past couple of years, and the service has been consistently outstanding. The team is always friendly, honest, and professional, and they take the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. It’s so reassuring to have a repair shop I can truly trust. Their workmanship and customer service keep me coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OK Tire to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service.
I’m a guy that likes doing his own work on his own vehicles, but I just recently had OK tire change out injectors in my LB7 Duramax along with a few other little things and could not be happier, Matt, Dale and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous and run a great business no running around or long wait they are very transparent and there customer service is top notch, in a time where it feels like every shop is out to rinse you these guys are honest good hard workers and I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent spot this place, was able to have both my vehicles done in the same day and (not planned) but last minute no appointment and was accomidated with a smile. Matt, Ryan, Dale and Heidi run a very hospitable shop and have zero issues dealing with highend vehicles. Thanks again everyone, S.
