Moe was very honest and down to earth. He’s friendly and walked me through the diagnosis and told me exactly what I was paying for. Plus he even stayed late to make sure my car was fixed on time. Definitely one of the better mechanics in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

Our thermostat housing started leaking coolant on a Sunday afternoon while we were visiting friends in Waterloo. A mechanic came to our friends place within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, gave us advice on fixing it ourselves, and called back a couple hours later to check how it went. He was extremely helpful and the quick service on a Sunday afternoon was incredible. Thanks!

This shop is amazing, very informative and helpful. It’s hard as a female trusting most mechanics and I did not feel uneasy or uncomfortable at any point. Moe was my mechanic and he explained everything in great detail, as well as made sure I was made aware of all the financial stuff because giving me the bill.I will 100% be a returning customer and recommend everyone to this shop!
