The staff are great and super friendly at this gym and the equipment is pretty decent, however the cleanliness of the cardio machines could be better. They look dirty and I never see anyone cleaning the place. The paper towels are empty in half the dispensers and the soap in the change rooms need to be filled. . I do enjoy this gym overall.

I got here a lot. The best way I can explain it is "quaint". It is one of there smaller gyms here but a nicer one at that. My complaint is the showers are not too well maintained and the sauna isn't all that hot.

I would say the best thing about this gym is the staff. Amazing individual personalities but they also seem to be a great team. They always greet you with a smile and are always cheerful. Not that it’s a necessity but it’s a nice first impression when you walk into the gym. The equipment is top notch and they’ve got everything you need. I’ve been to some gyms that claim to be the cheapest around, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. This gym is constantly being cleaned, you will always see someone cleaning, or replacing disinfectant bottles. One last thing, the facility is huge and it has a sauna too.
