Kingsdale Animal Hospital

When my previous vet was just stop gapping some issues we tried Kingsdale. Every member of staff was incredible. Things didn't end up the way we'd hoped but we gained probably an extra week or two with our beloved cat. Now that we've adopted two new trouble makers the level of care continues to be top notch (including their boarding services). We are so grateful for the wonderful folks at Kingsdale. Cannot recommend them enough.

All the staff here are really great - techs, vets,... everyone. We really enjoy working with Dr. Hinsperger & Dr. Montgomery. They will really listen to your concerns and offer different options, and then support you regardless of your decision. As pet owners and true animal lovers themselves, they are great at putting themselves in your shoes to understand all the factors that should be considered for each case.
A nice extra service they offer here is boarding for your pets if you're going out of town.

I am grateful for the top notch and compassionate care my cat Roxy received from all the staff.

I do not recommend anyone take their rabbits here.

Made 2 advance appts to have bun RHDV vaccinated & neutered, and after both visits they failed to vaccinate him. On the drive home from neuter, noticing it wasn’t on the bill, called to check & they blatantly lied over the phone saying they did it while he was under sedation. A more reputable vet clinic followed up with the medical records today and confirmed Kingsdale never vaccinated him.

Kingsdale also flip-flopped trying to change the neuter appt the week of (after it was booked a month in advance), and they were just straight up unapologetically rude. After all the back & forth, they kept the original appt & acted as if doing me a favour.

My experience with this clinic was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing, I really encourage you to take your rabbits elsewhere.

I’ve had such a great experience with Kingsdale Animal Hospital. The staff is incredibly helpful and consistently prompt with their responses every time they call back, which I really appreciate.

They’re also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and always do their best to fit us in, which makes a big difference. We have two dogs, and both of them go here and receive such great care every time.

It’s reassuring to know they’re in good hands, I highly recommend.

We just visited this place and the staff’s attitude was 10/10! Great atmosphere, friendly people, and all the other regular visitors seemed to be happy about their visit (a big green flag).

Lasagna had his first visit with Dr. Melanie Felker. Dr. Felker was amazing! She listened to my concerns, and guided me to choose a treatment plan that would work best for Lasagna. I am a big believer that the care we provide for our dogs should go beyond the basic guidelines and it should involve more care and attention, and Dr. Felker was very helpful at guiding my thinking on how to care for my little guy. I was able to ask questions, without feeling judged, and I really appreciate that. I’m really happy that I have finally found a vet I can trust!

I have never had a worse experience with a vet before. I went to pick up my cat from the kennel and they didn’t zip up her carrier. she ended up running out of the bag into the middle of the road during a -15 degree snow storm. I tried catching her but due to the thick ice I kept slipping and falling. Kingsdale has the most irresponsible and incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Do not take your animal here unless you want them dead in the middle of the road.

Really good place to have your furry family members taken care of. Nice staff, super helpful, and they dont try and gouge you like other animal hospitals.

I wouldn’t say they aren’t a good Vet, they are good at their job!
However the reason they get 1 star is due to the feeling of a corporate culture and not much of a personal connection/relationship between owner, doctor and pets.

Nothing about my visits is warm and welcoming or inviting. Only reason I am with this vet is cause they are close by and have a boarding kennel. I will be looking for other veterinary clinics that I feel would be a more personal experience.

Kingsdale is like a trusted family member. I've been a client at Kingsdale for more than 17 years. They're compassionate caring and trustworthy. Kingsdale is simply the best.
