Amazing experience!!! My dog Rambo came up with a horrible rash and the tender care he received from the Dr and staff was absolutely amazing. He is a Anxious dog and they only show positive reinforcement to get him comfortable. They also follow up on your fur baby to ensure everything is okay. I would highly recommend Kingsdale to everyone I run into. If your looking for a clinic that has compassion and their number one concern is your furbaby they are the ones :)
UPDATE: 1 week after surgery, my sweetheart is doing absolutely phenomenal. I’ve grown up with big dogs and been through surgeries with them. I’ve never experienced such an UNBELIEVABLE recovery. I was bracing myself for a post-surgery struggle, my boy *might* reflect his Mama — he’s dramatic. I cleared my calendar last week and I was on guard 24/7. BWAHAHAHAHA! That was unnecessary. I followed the aftercare instructions and BOOM. The incision site looks beautiful and my sweetheart is in great spirits. I haven’t seen him so happy in months! ******************************** ORIGINAL POST I recently moved to the area and have struggled to find a vet for my sweetheart lab/shepherd, Alfredo, who has a fully torn cruciate ligament. I have been to two other vets who have strung me along, costing me thousands of dollars. Finally, after two and a half months of feeling stuck in a holding pattern, I spoke with someone I highly respect at my dog's daycare. She told me to call Kingsdale Animal Hospital ASAP to see Dr. Hinsperger; he fixed up one of her dogs with the same injury. Holy mackerel! I am over the moon glad I ended up here! What an outstanding team of down-to-earth, empathetic, compassionate EXPERTS! Not only did I feel heard, not rushed, and not shamed for my fears/worry about my sweet boy -- I now have a PLAN of action! And it's affordable and full of hope without uncertainties. The truth is, my dog is my heart. I guess you can call me a crazy-dog-mom. But he saved my life twice. We've been to hell and back several times over. He's stayed close to my side through too many storms. We have traveled thousands of miles together, all over the States and into Canada. There is no one in this world I can count on as I can, my Alfredo. It's my honor to give him the best life possible. With Dr. Hinsperger and his team, I know I can do just that. This means more to me than anything. I can't recommend Kingsdale Animal Hospital enough.
The best vet clinic in KW. The wonderful veterinarians saved my boy, Jake's life. He decided to swallow his Rope Toy, which got stuck in his stomach and intestine. Without surgical removal he would have died. I am so thankful for the wonderful veterinarians and staff . Thank you ❤
