I just brought my car in yesterday super last minute because I was just hearing a bit of a creaking sound and they got me in immediately to check it out. I told them when I got there that I thought it was a ball joint and tire rod issue so that’s what they checked for me

After they checked it and I was done, they told me it would be 614 altogether and that it was the ball joints and tire rods that needed to be done
I told them I was going to just check my warranty before I do anything and then I’ll be back and he told me that I can pay for it now and then warranty will cover it, and I was adamant that I just wanted to take it home and then I’ll get back to them.

When I left, I I felt that something was off and not right just a feeling in my gut so I got a second opinion from a mechanic that my car placed suggested and he checked it and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car lol
So I feel like I was most definitely trying to be scammed because they saw a woman who didn’t know anything about cars or understand anything
I feel like they looked at me and saw a woman who didn’t know anything about cars, and since I told them first what I thought the issue was when I went in they just lied and told me that’s what’s wrong
It’s unfortunate because they were all super nice! But again, I just felt in my gut, Something wasn’t right.

I'm never going back. The guy took me $400 and promised he was going to put good breaks on. It's not up to a year and I've had to do my breaks again. Go there at your own risk.
