My husband had stroke since 2010 through community health care we got Paramed home care service and I don’t have a consistent care service neither Bayshore home health, missing services and too frequently changing caregivers which lead to explain the tasks to them. However 3 years ago I got the service from Genesis comfort care , Lorene came to my home to set the service and she is very kind and knowledgeable and she scheduled a best caregivers to my husband especially Alfonso, he is so kind , detail oriented and committed to his job. My husband trust him a lot.This company is the best in the region from my experience
I have been a part of the support worker industry since 2003, helping children, youth, adults, and seniors on their life journeys to foster their needs and life goals.I will share that it has been such a great experience being a part of the Genesis Comfort Care team, as I have appreciated the positive atmosphere and leadership. Genesis Comfort Care has provided exceptional support for our mother who has lived with dementia for many years. Without this support she often sleeps the day away as she is no longer able to fill her time on her own. When she sees her caregiver she smiles, chats and enjoys engaging in activities with her daily companion. Thank you to Lorene and her team of compassionate caregivers!
