Our pup went for his first itty-bitty session last night with Mandy (who we had met previously at a pet event). She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super caring for our pup. She took so much time speaking with us before and after when we picked him up (almost 45 mins speaking to us). He absolutely adored her, gave her kisses and we can't wait to go again. We left with him being super clean, soft, smelling amazing & a new bandana. Would highly recommend reaching out to Mandy at this salon!! Thanks so much again to all the staff there.
First-time wash at the groomers for our 6 month old fearful puppy and Vicky handled him perfectly. She was very patient, gentle and professional. I was nervous about how he would do and Nicole from the salon even came out to give me an update and reassure me while I waited in the car. My puppy came out looking, smelling and feeling wonderful! Thank you Fur-Ever Loved Pet Salon for taking care of our fur baby - and me!
Best groomer in KW! Worth every single penny! We have zero complaints.
Our guy gets groomed by the same gal and he doesn't even give us a single glance as he enters that little gate, he can't wait to get in. She does such a good job with him and she says he's like a statue with her.
We barely recognize the dog we pick up, he looks amazing!
