We are so pleased with the flooring provided by Factory Flooring. We purchased luxury vinyl for our stairs/hallway and finished with new carpet throughout the upstairs. Fair pricing and great workmanship! 5 stars - would absolutely recommend!
I recently shopped here and had excellent service. The staff were very kind, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to help me find a tile that coordinated perfectly with one I bought there over 10 years ago. The store is clean and organized. There’s a great selection of fairly priced products. I would definitely recommend this store!
Shane was great at giving options for our flooring needs. Install was on time and beautifully done. Baseboards were taken off and put back on as if original. Highly recommend Factory Flooring!
