The gentleman who helped my partner and I was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. He took the time to learn about our lifestyle and home environment so he could recommend the products best suited to our needs. He then walked us through how the vacuum works, how to set it up, and how to properly maintain it. At no point did this feel like a sales pitch, just a thoughtful, informative conversation.
