I contacted the studio via email. I had many questions and was very impressed with the responses I received. I felt very comfortable booking an appointment.
Upon entering the premises, I was somewhat shocked. By the website and my interaction to this point, I expected a more high end salon.
I stood there for sometime, without being acknowledged by anyone. There is no receptionist. So I sat down and waited. Finally someone came over and it was the stylist I had an appointment with. Today was my first time visiting the studio and working with Kate, and she exceeded all my expectations! I went in for a curl transformation since my hair texture has recently changed. Kate was incredibly patient, listened to all my concerns, and gave me the perfect advice. I love my new curls and feel so much better equipped to maintain them thanks to all her tips and tricks. Highly recommend her!
Recently had a Curl Transformation haircut done with Amy and it was an incredible experience.
It was my first time getting a professional hair cut of any kind, so I was incredibly nervous going in, but right from start to finish Amy was extremely friendly and professional and really made me feel at ease.
She is also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over the products she was using in depth and what they did as well as how to style my hair to get the most out of it!
