I've been going to Susan for my haircuts for a long time, and she always gives a great cut and good conversation. Highly recommend for men's cuts!

I've finally found a hair dresser I'll stick with!! I haven't had a haircut this good in a very long time!! Thank you for the hair care advice, I've been following the suggestions you gave me since my first appointment last month and my hair is as shiny and bouncy as it was when I was a teenager!! Can't hardly wait for my next cut ?.

I was a few min early for 3pm appt. My very first time here and Susan greeted me asking if I'm Shelley. Immediately, before even sitting in her salon chair, Susan said my hair was green. She also said my skin, my face is the same colour as my hair and further, my dark green camo T-shirt made it all even worse. Not even 5 min. in and I felt that Susan wasn't very nice. I didn't ask for her opinion of my skin or hair colour and honestly, I didn't see the slightest green tinge. She asked what product I use and I told her it was Salon professional colour. She commented she hasn't used that old brand since she attended hairstyling school. It's a very popular brand and is even sold commercially now in stores. Every word and I'm not kidding, everything Susan spoke, evoked negativity. I asked if I could show her 2 photos of a style/shape I would like and she said to show her.My hair was not blended throughout the layers as I requested, nor was the shape attained with her very minimal and not thorough cut. Susan continued and suggested I use a thickening treatment but I like my fine hair and told her so. There's no shape to this terrible haircut. I'm so damn disappointed as it took a lot for me to come to a salon, only to be put down at every single opportunity.I came with clean hair. Susan sprayed it very minimally and trimmed my hair but didn't shape it in any way. I looked exactly the same going out, as I came in. A wasted $25 that's for sure! Never again.Susan would benefit greatly by attending current, up-to-date haircutting classes to further her basic, god-awful cutting technique. The absolute worst I've ever experienced.Sincerely.Photos are 10 minutes prior to the haircut, if it can even be called that! Zero green!

Cut was decent, but I also needed a touch up on my blood highlights. I am now orange - all over. Color I can fix. But my 2.5hours of no stop talking I will never get back. If you like constant chatter this is the spot for you and also - do not get a color. Bad decision.
