“Just had my first cut after a few years of covid/post covid home cuts. Come for the comfortable atmosphere, stay for the hot towel scalp massage. Oh, and the cut was also top notch. 11/10 would walk in again, thanks Lucy!“

“Went for a regular gent's hair cut and I LOVE IT. I thought of switching from my usual salon because here it was way cheaper and for the same reason I was very skeptical. But to my surprise it was even better than my usual place. Also I was expecting a regular room or basement as the salon but it was a very clean and airy space with so much light and you wouldn't feel like you are in a home business. She is very experienced and has great attention to details. Now this will be my usual salon.“

“After posting a negative review quite a while ago I have given Sport Clips a second chance. The negative post was due to getting an appointment time in the App. I arrived before that time but was refused the appointment because an employee was getting their cut instead.. They told me it was too late for my appointment.. I asked then why did the app allow me to make that appointment? It was made for 5:30pm and the location closed at 6:00pm. It’s not like I was looking for some fancy hairstyle or something… just a regular haircut! That said… I did go back a few weeks later still using the App to book my appointment. I took the First Available and had Jennifer cut my Hair… That day went well and I was very happy with the service I got. I had been back a few more times without incident. I’m always happy with the haircut I get there and the stylists. I have been lucky enough to get Appointments with Jennifer who has cut my hair before which makes it easier. She knows how I like my hair cut and has nailed it every time! I look at the bad experience as just one of those days… things happen. I haven’t seen the stylists that refused my appointment since that day.. The stylist I see now Jennifer is great.. She gets it right every time. Sometimes I don’t get my hair cut on the exact day I want..but waiting until the next day to have Jennifer cut my hair is easy enough to do and works for me. I will continue to Book my Appointments with her. I Hope you keep her around or at least give her enough time to let her regulars know if your moving her to another location.“
