I almost always leave with a cut I'm happy with, but they've discontinued their loyalty program which is incredibly disappointing, and the "TG Guarantee" they have signs up all over the store advertising isn't something they honor any more. I haven't been offered a head massage in my past 4-5 cuts.All in all, good service, but with less and less value being offered over time and when judged against their price, it may be time to start looking for another barber.

Took my boyfriend to get a shave and a cut here and he said it was amazing! Friendly atmosphere and he felt pampered! I highly recommend treating yourself or your guy to a shave if you are able!

Nick at the Fairview park mall location in Kitchener gave me by far the best hair cut I have ever received in my life! He gave me the tightest fade I have ever gotten!10 out of 10 I would recommend and 10 out of 10 I will be a returning customer!Nick please save me a seat when I come back ;)
