I came in with my husband for his first microneedling session, and we had a wonderful experience!
Heather assisted us from the very beginning, she patiently answered all our initial questions and guided us through every step of the process. She performed the treatment very gently, ensuring there was no pain or discomfort.
Heather also took the time to explain the aftercare thoroughly and even shared some helpful tips for future sessions.
We truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and care throughout.
