“I needed to start exercise because I am in my late 40’s and have back problems and started to feel so sore and creaky all the time. I figured Pilates would be a good place to start but I was super nervous to go because I felt so out of shape. Infinite Wellness has become a really special place for me an has helped me feel so much stronger and better in my body. It is a warm and welcoming place and I was so much less intimidated after my first class. It does feel like a warm hug each time I go and I now look forward to going to every single class. I didn’t think I would get to that place with any sort of excercise but the caring and extremely knowledgeable instructors Georgia and Jillian make it a safe but very challenging and fun place to be. If you are unsure of this is for you - start with the beginners classes and you won’t look back. Thank you Georgia for making such a positive impact to my health and wellbeing! ❤️“
