Awesome gym with great coaches/owner and a real sense of community!I went for an open workout while travelling, and it felt like home right away. Everyone was cheering and super welcoming! I would go back anytime and would 100% recommend it for anyone who enjoys pushing their fitness or who wants to start their journey to live healthier!

I’m from out of town but visit Kingston often for work. Whenever I’m here I hit up limestone for a WOD. Great ppl, great programming. If your new to CrossFit or a nervous first timer, check this place out. Supper friendly and will scale workouts to your level and ability.

My partner and I dropped in between classes for open gym and it was great. Big facility, all you need for your fitness and super friendly environment. Thank you for letting us join you for your workout. !
