Energy Kingston is a rare exception in Kingston. they answer your phone calls, keep appointments on time, and get work done promptly. They started putting up siding for my house on a Thursday, came back Friday hoping to finish but had to stop because of rain. then surprise, they came back the next day, Saturday , and finished before noon. Then my roof had two missing shingles and after telling of them problem, it was fixed within a week. I highly recommend this company for all your exterior house work.
I had reached out to Energy Kingston as they had previously worked on the ventilation systems for my bathrooms and some of the piping became disconnected. I called to set up a repair thinking that I would be paying for the job. Not only was the team prompt in addressing my concerns, they completed the repair in a timely manner and did not charge me for the service (which again I was not anticipating or expecting). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Energy Kingston! Highly recommend!
