Jeremy and Derek recently installed a new shower for us. They did an excellent job - polite, efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Some problems arose from the previous shower installed and they were able to solve the problem in a timely fashion.

We hired Bathfitters in 2023 to install a new tub and shower surround. Prior to their arrival we had gutted the bathroom which made the installation easy. After only 2 years, we discovered a leak which was coming from the tub drain. The owner, Dick, attended to the property and after a few visits and cuts in the basement ceiling drywall, the leak was fixed. They also repaired a leaky faucet they installed which I was told was under warranty. Unfortunately, during these repairs, our brand new vanity was damaged. Photos attached.
