When I initially called Service Master to come check the water in my basement, they were there within 10min. They diagnosed the problem right away & set up a plan to fix the damage. Deric & Dan have been great at communicating every step of the way & if there was any delays, they would make sure to update me on the timeline. I had company coming in a month later & they made sure to get everything done prior to that. Living deep in Northern Ontario, were were many hours away from home when our basement was flooded and ruined. Our first call, was to ServiceMaster Kapuskasing - who promptly made a plan of action and directed our next steps.
For the next several months, ServiceMaster's Manager Marc, and his expert employees (Frank and Robert) worked diligently gutting and rebuilding a fantastic space.
