Upon discovering that our water pump was no longer working I contacted Northland Well Drilling (Huntsville location) to come to see what was wrong. The company was prompt and professional and within a couple of hours they had pulled our pump out from our drilled well (over 300 feet) and replaced it. My family of 5 was saved.! I wanted a very unique gift for my mom’s 70th birthday so I called Blooming Bouquet to ask if they could do a singing telegram. Well Justin was right on board even though he had never done this and he exceeded my expectations!! He showed up to my mom’s in a dinosaur costume and had all his dance moves! Kendal is a dog whisperer. Storm’s first trip to a groomer and she did awesome. She looks great. She smells like a million dollars. Deshedded, bath, and nails trimmed. I’m so glad Kendal was able to do that. I would highly recommend her. Great customer service and I felt comfortable leaving Storm in her hands. Until next appointment. Had to get a new toy for being good.
I liked to have hair cut done at Hait Hut & Gift Boutique by Majore, she is so patient and asks numerous times whether she is doing right and does the hair cut perfectly fine.

When I initially called Service Master to come check the water in my basement, they were there within 10min. They diagnosed the problem right away & set up a plan to fix the damage. Deric & Dan have been great at communicating every step of the way & if there was any delays, they would make sure to update me on the timeline. I had company coming in a month later & they made sure to get everything done prior to that. All the workers were very respectful, efficient & paid attention to detail to make sure the reno was done right. They listened to every comment I had to ensure I was happy with everything being done & if there was issues, they were on it right away. I would 100% recommend Service Master & they would be my first choice in the future. Thanks guys, I appreciate all the hard work!

Today my teen daughter had an appt for an extraction. She has medical issues/medications that impact her ability to be frozen. She also has a hard time with close physical contact. We explained those issues to the hygienist (sorry I didn't catch her name). She passed that on to Dr Lambert. Meds were chosen based on that info, extra time was given for the freezing to work and had frequent check ins to be sure it was working well. The hygienist understood her nervousness and both took turns in explaining each step so we understood what was about to happen. When she noticed my daughter seemed stressed she chatted to her about her new bernese mountain puppy which was a great distraction since my daughter is a huge dog lover. During the procedure, when my daughter raised her hand they both stopped to check in and adjusted or gave time as needed. They were both very kind, empathetic and got the job done!
I was beyond impressed. Grateful to both of them for outstanding client based service. The next extraction will be much easier and with less stress because of how today went. Hoping we get the same duo! Nathalie and Ailene were also both great to deal with!
