I am very very picky about how my hair is cut. All my adult life, in every city I've ever lived in (Vancouver, Victoria, Menlo Park, and finally Ottawa), I have looked for the best stylist to cut my hair. Sometimes this has taken a few years! In Ottawa I found Tony Dibbo. He is very talented with the scissors and I highly recommend him!Service: Hairstyling

I visited Tony for hair colour and a cut and he did a great job. He is a professional , very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He explained me all the options I have based on my health condition and made sure I am okay with what I choose. His Salon is super clean and trendy. He is also wonderful to talk to. Recommend him 100 %.
