As a millennial male who had only ever gone to barbers, I can say I’m 100% converted and loyal to Shpresa indefinitely.She is very meticulous, patient with my stupid requests or questions, understands hair, and just somehow knows exactly what to do to make the best of your hairstyle.Amazing value and service on top of all that.

Went here on an emergency as it was close to home. I foolishly got my hair brush tangled and stuck in my hair. I thought it would have to be cut out. Owner calmed me down, reassured me and managed to get it out and did not have to cut it out! So relieved! Great work and Thanks so Much!

It is always a pleasure going to the salon. The entire team is professional and friendly. Our conversations are interesting and often informative. My haircut is always like it should be done, even if I don't know what I need. I appreciate the entire experience.
