I had been experiencing issues with a leaking drain pipe on the utility sink in our home. A friend recommended the Irish Plumber on Knudson Drive in Kanata. I spoke with Michael, who arranged for Thomas to attend to my problem. Thomas arrived on the scheduled date and within the agreed time. After assessing the issue, he went to work removing all of the old piping and replacing it with new piping, a strainer body, and a utility pump. We had to call in for a drain backflow after business hours, and they responded to the call, providing instructions, and getting us booked in as soon as possible. We ended up doing a follow-on job within a few days to replace a segment of main drain pipe.
