Excellent service from start to finish. Art and his crew replaced my sanitary service line from the vertical stack underneath the entire length of my basement - a complex job completed on time and on budget. From initial meeting for estimate to completion of the job, Art communicated project schedule, timeline and details of the work. The crew were a pleasure to deal with - polite and professional. Summit Drains and Plumbing replaced all of the old cast iron drains in our c1949 Alta Vista house in early November. From main stack in rear of house across entire width of basement and out to join city sewer lateral in front yard, including all of the secondary lines from kitchen and bathrooms. They also installed a new sump pump in the cold room under our concrete front steps to carry away water from the weeping tile system. Their quote was competitive. They were more creative than their competitors, work to their own very high standards, and found ways to save us money and avoid unnecessary destruction. It was a big job.
