Let me tell you... A few washes after, just like Cindy the owner suggested, and it looks just perfect!!!! I'm in love with the outcome! I'm so so so so happy. They are pros!!!!!!!!!

Got my hair done yesterday by Nara, she’s a junior hair stylist and so I figured I’d give it a try…let me tell u, she did such an AMAZING JOB!! I asked for a full colour (burgundy) and a cut with front layers and it turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it to be. She was sooo respectful, kind and sweet and took the time to actually understand my hair, walked me through the process, even tho she said it wouldn’t be quite exactly what colour I wanted at first (because I had previous colour dye), but the colour turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it, idk how she did it, BUT SHE DID IT. Wife’s review: Wonderful customer service. Had an initial cut here a couple weeks ago. After a few days I noticed my layers didn’t blend very well into the way I style my hair at home so I contacted them about their redo policy. Cindy the owner replied to me the same day and booked an appointment to come in and texturize them for me herself. Took no more than 15 minutes and now I’m very happy with my cut. Really nice experience. Thankyou!
