I've been getting my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted for 10 years, and have been to at least a dozen different Estheticians during this time.<br><br>Chloe is one of the few who actually ask how dark I would like my eyebrows to be! I'm a very fair skinned, brown eyed, light brown hair girl, so the fact that Chloe asks this is a huge positive for me! I can't count the number of times I've left a spa and didn't have the heart to tell my Esthetician that I thought my eyebrows were too dark. I've also left with the skin around my eyes dyed for days at certain spas because the Esthetician didn't take the time to properly wipe them after application.<br><br>Not here though -- the service at Beauty Time is top tier!
