I've been to see Chloe a few times now. I've been getting my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted for 10 years, and have been to at least a dozen different Estheticians during this time.
Chloe is one of the few who actually ask how dark I would like my eyebrows to be! I'm a very fair skinned, brown eyed, light brown hair girl, so the fact that Chloe asks this is a huge positive for me! I can't count the number of times I've left a spa and didn't have the heart to tell my Esthetician that I thought my eyebrows were too dark. I've also left with the skin around my eyes dyed for days at certain spas because the Esthetician didn't take the time to properly wipe them after application.
i’ve been getting my lashes done by Chloe for so long and i genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else! she is always so careful and takes her time to make sure my lashes turn out just the way i love them every single time. she even puts up with me twitching and accidentally falling asleep during my appointments haha!
