It was my first time seeing Dr. Andrea at the Kanata location. I was very nervous and reluctant to start treatment. I have had fibro for many years and as I am now perimenopausal my pain has been getting worse. I knew I needed to do something but unsure as to where to start. Dr. Andrea was so patient, explained every step by step. I never felt rushed or not heard. I only went in thinking I was going to speak to her, and think about it. After 35 mins of speaking with her, I had my first treatment on the spot.

For starters, the staff is friendly and and always welcoming. They are respectful of clients time for appointments with no delays.
The office itself is modern and spotless with comfy seating and complementary drinks.
As for the service, they do great job explaining the work before they start and answer every question in as much details as needed by the client.
At the end of the day, we always leave with a smile for a job well done.

Mark is the best in the business. They run a great operation. They were able to take care of my back injury and get me back on my feet as well as some of my staff. They genuinely care about their clients wellness.
