I had an amazing experience at illfixit! I recently needed to replace the back of my phone and get a new battery, and they were incredibly helpful. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all my options clearly. The service was fast, and the quality of the repair is top-notch – my phone looks and works like new again! I really appreciated their honesty and amazing pricing. I highly recommend this crew to anyone needing phone repairs!
I have always had great service from these guys. I especially love the free replacement on tempered glass screens.
Today, I witnessed some great customer service from these guys fellow behind the counter. He returned a repaired phone to a gentleman and then rang up the charge. The man said that he had paid already, in advance, when he dropped off the phone. The clerk said (more than once) that, except for diagnostic services, they typically don’t take advance payment. The man was insistent.
