Fixed a flat caused by a valve core leak. During a double check after fixing it they noticed the stem was leaking as well and quickly replaced it. Saved me another trip, no extra charge

Even though this location is quite a distance from my home, I always make it a point to get my servicing done here anyway because of Norm, the manager. What a personable and great guy! The work on my cars is always completed within the promised time and the service is top-notch. Thank you Norm and your team!

In early November, in the middle of snow tire install season, I got a flat on my way home from work on the 417. Because I have run flats, I was able to make my way to Kal Tire and park the car safely in their parking lot. The place was packed when I got in and I was told that they would not be able to get me an appointment until next month. When I explained to Jesse that my car was parked in their lot, that I needed it to get to and from work every day as an essential worker, and that even if I found another tire shop and got the car towed there, I would most likley encounter the same situation and not be able to get an appointment for weeks.
