Joshua was a pleasant to deal with, from day one he was so welcoming, explained the process then he was following up with me twice a week to keep me in the lop, dealing with car accident is not something we are looking forward to but Joush made it simple and positive. Highly recommended.
This place is great, my first insurance claim and they made it all so easy and got the car repaired and looking awesome in the scheduled time frame. A very nice rental was ready when I dropped the car off and car was ready when expected. I;m very happy with the whole situation.
We work with Assured Automotive in a professional capacity and have found them to be well-run, communicative, and respectful to work with. The team is organized, responsive, and clearly takes pride in how they operate their business.
From our experience, they are a solid operation and a company that values professionalism and consistency.
