I first went to Bourk's over 20 years ago, good people (appreciated).... I decided to accept their wheel alignment service price but be sure to look out for an environmental charge. So strange.
While it took a while to get my car in, service was quick, efficient and the process was very transparent. I especially liked the checklist breakdown of the services and items and costs delivered digitally to approve. Shuttle service was very handy as well. Will likely bring my car in again for future service.
