Car froze overnight in -45c temps at Arrowhead. Called Northern Import Towing and Susan was very professional informing me it was a high call volume day but kept in touch me with on expectations. Doug showed up and was amazing. He had all the tools to get me boosted but ultimately I had other issues but he tried everything and even presented me with options and made sure I was okay before he left. I immediately put my trust into Doug and Susan as they were fantastic

Doug came to our rescue when our engine overheated on Hwy 11 and was there within 20 minutes. He was very personable and genuinely sympathetic to the stressful situation. The pricing was completely fair and transparent, no surprises at all. If you’re good, you might even get some candy!!!

Called the other two 24/7 companies for a boost last night and the first said it would be a two hour wait and the second said I would have to wait till tomorrow because their driver went home for the night.
Northern was a half hour away and helped me get back home :) Great service and I am glad they were available.
Google should move Northern Import Towing to the top of their search algorithm.
