Staff was very friendly and professional. Took their time explaing everything involved in our dogs care. Also apologize for the slight delay as they were dealing with an emergency situation.
Very friendly staff, quick response times! They provided thoughtful support after surgery and were a pleasure to deal with. Our cat has a heart murmur and they were very patient while we made decisions regarding her spay surgery. We did not meet the Vet who performed the surgery, however they are a very busy clinic. Even without meeting the surgeon we feel the experience was positive!
We were very grateful to the HAH for looking after our Cleo when she was quite ill., and our regular vet clinic did not have a vet on duty. They were kind, efficient and friendly. Cleo seems like her old self again. Thanks again
