Friendly and helpful staff. The machines get the job done and whenever theres been a problem they always do what they can to help and compensate!
My only complaints are when it busy generally theres not enough washers or dryers, a good portion of the machines tend to be out of service which doesnt help. Which I get can be out of their control, things take time to fix and waiting for parts to come in. The hours can make it difficult (last load at 4pm for every noght except for Wednesday during summer hours) when you have longer work days, and you wanna avoid going on wrekends causenits usually always busy.
Best laundromat staff anywhere. Tasha helped me this morning but everyone is always helpful. I really like using a credit card rather than having to use coins. I like the window seats to sit while my laundry washes.
recently witnessed a customer walk past the door clearly marked last load 4.00 o’clock at 425 and curse at a busy employee already helping another customer at the counter . i’ve been going there for years and the employees have always been curtious and helpful, it’s not their fault someone can’t get to the store within the hours open , it’s terrible how some customers feel so entitled these days ! big thanks to the girls at fabricare Huntsville , especially the calm polite lady that saturday !
