My partner and I decided to leave camping at Arrowhead a day early because the bugs were SO bad, and booked some time at this spa instead and I have 0 regrets! Agnes, the Spa manager was able to accommodate us with very last minute bookings and although we weren’t able to get massages on the same day, we were able to use the steam & tea rooms together. I just left my relaxing appointment with Shannon Z who was incredibly personable and kind and took great care of my body despite it being riddled with bug bites? highly recommend!
Front desk staff were always so pleasant and helpful on the phone, via email, and in person. Came for a manicure and pedicure and enjoyed meticulous, hygienic, and caring service from Manon and Ana. We brought our own breathable/water permeable polish but they have a nice selection of OPI colours as well. Loved the paraffin treatment as well!
We booked a couple's RMT massage at this spa on Deerhurst resort. They also have a steam room available for free with your treatment which is in the gender separated change room. Our masseurs were professional and it was a relaxing experience. My only negative comment is that the room is adjoining from the two change rooms so you can hear some noise coming from them during your treatment.
