Excellent hair cut as usual !!

New to the area and was hoping to find my 'home' salon. Unfortunately, Alberto's missed the mark.

It wasn’t horrible. The staff was friendly. The salon, clean and comfortable.
There was a disconnect as to what I wanted and what I received. As I was discussing colour with my stylist, a man intervened and although he was polite, instructed her on what colour(s) to make.
My hair had turned quite brassy due to sun etc. and I wanted a darker, richer colour for fall. All in all, I left with a freshened up version of what I came in with; still brassy (I have 'blue shampoo' in my amazon cart, lol).
The cut was fine. I didn’t want a lot off, just a ‘fresher upper’ which she did. When it came to styling, it was very disappointing. I asked for it straight (I have naturally curly hair). She blow dried it straight, but did it quickly so it was still pretty frizzy, and that was it. I was the last appointment of the day so who knows? Maybe if I came earlier, I would have had a different experience. Unfortunately, for the price, it was very disappointing and I won't be back.
To compare, my last colour/cut/style was at Rinaldi’s in Barrie with a senior stylist. The service lasted 3+ hours. I walked out of there feeling like a rock star for pretty much the same price as the service at Alberto’s which was under 2 hours and not even comparable in terms of quality and service.

Abby gave me a great cut and took the time to make sure I was happy. Very reasonably priced.

They did a very good job.

Had an awesome vibe inside and very welcoming people. Also did an amazing job with my hair especially when I didn't even know what I wanted. Great work Ladies!
