We feel we have to share our experience purchasing furniture at Smitty's in Hanover. We recently bought a sofa bed, ottoman, lamp and glider and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchases and the service we received. Lauren and Brittany offered excellent customer service and advice and were so friendly and knowledgeable. The four young men who delivered the furniture to our home on 2 separate occasions, were also very accommodating, friendly and conscientious staff. We have no complaints about our visits to, and subsequent purchases, from Smitty's. Thank you to everyone who helped us with buying our new furniture....

We have had the pleasure of using Grounds Guys Of Hanover now for a couple years. Our property is seeing the benefits of fertilizing, overseeding and weed care over the last couple of years with the use of their services. We live on just over an acre property that is treated by The Grounds Guys and couldnt be happier with the results! Mark pretty well fully restored our farmhouse. From the exterior cladding of board and batten to new windows and trim. He finished our bathrooms, he finished our kitchen, he put in new ceilings…He is fully capable and able to do all aspects of carpentry. From the foundation, to framing and final finish. Mark also does something very rare and exceptional, he tidies up after his workday. And he comes with a portable workshop with all the tools needed for the assignment. Mark is a pro. Everyone was so nice, I got purple and black dye in my hair, in December of 2023 and I absolutely loved it! And it faded to a really pretty pink and lasted until March 2024. I added photos, I also had a robot baby, that I had to take care of for a class assignment and everyone was joking around and laughing with me about the baby? I absolutely loved this experience, I definitely will be back soon

We absolutely love Dr. Kaitlin Doering. She's always very attentive and caring towards our cats. We have a rescue who has always been timid and neurotic. After changing everything we could at home with minimal effect, Dr. Kaitlin suggested antidepressants. After working with us to find the effect dose, our cat is now much happier and acting like a confident cat should.
We also had absolutely wonderful, compassionate care from another young Dr, who I wish I could remember the name of. Our old man was terminal (SCC) and she was so lovely. She helped us make sure he was comfortable for what was thought to be mere weeks. He was still going 4+ months later but we knew it was time then. Staff gave us time alone with our boy, giving him love and fried chicken (his favorite!), until it was time. We were able to stay with him for his final breath. It was this compassionate approach that help my daughter deal with losing her best furry friend for life.
Once again a very timely and detailed closing, I would highly recommend this firm. Great teamwork!
They have a really good piercer there I forget her name but I remember what she looks like she knows psychology like how to keep you calm how to keep calm and she also knows how to do really effective pain-free piercings only thing I'd recommend is getting bigger lip bars for like longer ones for people with other nationalities or just mix people cuz I honestly think that would be great honestly I still get five stars because I had such a good experience you're allowed to give constructive criticism and still give five stars I really like this place I will go again I wish there was room to book a tattoo that's the only thing that sucks that's my only complaint is that it's so booked up that I have to wait to get a tattoo and I'm like okay patience is key
