Traveling through from Tobermory to London. Van had difficulties. Was able to be seen right away and diagnosed. Had to have towed to London, but Mcarthur helped us out greatly and I highly recommend.

The owner of this shop. She is fantastic, and the gentleman who helped me. His name is nick. He was amazing. He took me in, took care of my issue and fixed everything. I really appreciate all the work you guys do. Every day thank you

Made a quick pitstop on my lunch break. They didn't look overly busy; I thought they might be able to check out my tire - I suspected I ran over something. I didn't have an appointment. They got my car in right away, no wait. They removed a rusty nail and had me back on the road with 20 minutes of my break to spare. Great customer service that exceeded my expectations.
