Mark is the best kind of person - real, kind, hugely personable, and I think the most important quality he possesses is trustworthiness! To help offset expenses he serviced my laptop/printer issue remotely (no worries, it's done with you on the phone and you can watch every move - blessed assurance!). He saved me even more money, for the time being, as there were no brand printer driver updates to be had so he found a back door which enabled him to fix the devices communication incompatibility and once again I'm now able to print!!
