I had called this place in hopes of finding someone to repair or diagnose what was going wrong with my sons PS4Boxing Day of all timesDrove 35 minutes to the store after calling and finding a friendly helpful person on the end ready to help. Conrad is the best for real.When we arrived, first time at the store and found two amazing people working there! Even the customers ahead of us were friendly and happy with the service. Conrad was an absolute life saver, best buy said it would take a week and $100 starting to fix my laptop, Conrad took 5 minutes and didn’t charge me anything! I can’t recommend him enough, will definitely go back for any issues i have with my tech. what a lovely guy!!!
