I had more than one roofer come by and a tarp was put up right away. Branden's estimate was considerably lower than the other roofing company, but more than that, he noticed that the valley on the other side also be attended to, and also noticed the falling and bowing tongue and groove cedar planks on the ceiling of the deck.
