I recently had the untimely need of assisting in the planning a my uncles funeral after he was hit by a car in Hamilton. Aside from being grief-stricken, I live in the US and my parents (80 & 85) were in Canada under the compassionate care entry. Tyler, Jenny ans Felicia made the experience as easy as possible for us. Speaking with Tyler daily, he made the process simple and beautiful. His compassion for the extenuating circumstances set the bar extraordinarily high. The ability for those of us in the US and Croatia to view the funeral virtually, to the video produced in memorize; and Tyler’s willingness to read the eulogy on my behalf was simply heartwarming in such a time of sorrow. Our hearts are forever grateful for Tyler and all of the staff, caring not only for us but for my parents — especially my dad, laying his big brother to rest with almost all of the family overseas or in the US.
