We had the pleasure of working with Karina in planning the service and visitation for my mother. Karina was warm, compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. She is communicative, organized and anticipated our needs throughout the week. All of the team members were always available for questions and able to accommodate our needs and requests. The establishment gives an inviting and home-like feeling which made grieving with our family and friends more comfortable during such a difficult time. Our family called Bay Gardens for our mom's funeral as it had been recommended to us by other family friends. Mr. Virdi and Karina were amazing at ensuring that the funeral went smoothly. They took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and helped get rid of any anxiety we may have had on the day of the funeral.
